In all issue editors,
Tab
to move around the editor. Once highlighted, press Enter
to launch the dropdown list and up/down
or search to set the property. You can also use specific keyboard shortcuts instead of tab. They're slightly different in modal and full screen views so hover over the property to learn it (e.g. set status with Ctrl

- Issue view: I clicked into the issue and updated the priority in the right-hand panel.
- Keyboard shortcut: From the list view, I focused on the issue, then searched for and applied the shortcut

to assign it to myself.
- Mouse/contextual menu: I updated the estimate by right-clicking on the issue and selecting the value.
- Command menu: I focused on the issue, opened the command menu with
Cmd/Ctrl
K
and then searchedlabel
to apply it.
How to reference issues
Use the
Issue relations.

to link to issues from issue descriptions or comments. You can also add issue relations such as blocking, blocked, duplicates, or related. Learn more in this doc: How to make multiple issues in a row with the same properties
Turn on
Create More
when creating a new issue, then set the issue properties. They'll carry over as long as the button is toggled on. Tutorial 📺

How to update multiple issues at a time
Select them with shortcuts or the mouse and then update the issue field like you would any issue. Common bulk actions will show up at the bottom.

- Select all keyboard shortcut: To change issue priority so all issues without a priority were assigned no priority, I filtered to just
no priority
issues and then usedCmd/Ctrl

- Use mouse to select multiple issues: To move some issues from Todo to backlog, I selected them by hovering over them and individually marking the checkbox that popped up.
- Use keyboard to select multiple issues and bulk action toolbar: There were too many, so I switched to pressing down

buttons to select multiple issues. Then I clicked the bulk action at the bottom of the screenMove to backlog
.
